Today has been a nutritional disaster.
Breakfast was a white chocolate muffin (one of those prepackaged ones, that is literally covered in a layer of chocolate about 2cm thick. And doesn’t actually taste like muffin cause it’s so full of shite).
Lunch was some rice. Y’know. Just rice.
